There are handful of strategies for lifting your spirits and boosting your confidence during tough times. Some are quick and easy, others require a longer-range commitment but all of them work.
- Do something out of your comfort zone :You will get a real sense of accomplishment out of doing something that will challenge your status quo.
- Do some intense physical activity : It will help you to boost natural testosterone levels. You can take a long walk, you can work out in a gym but it will help you a lot.
- Do solve a persisting problem which you are avoiding for a long time. It’s called ‘irritation list”. Clean your desk, reorganize your study table.
- Do face your deepest fears. If you are afraid of talking to girls, talk to them. If you are afraid of doing a prospecting call do it. If you are afraid of public speaking do it. If you are afraid of taking new responsibilities take it.
- Do build something of value i.e Asset. Don’t be afraid of outcome i.e money, fame etc. Just go & build it. You will feel the greatest sense of achievement when you do that.
